If you receive emails from anyone other than Secretary of State regarding your Annual Report please use caution before proceeding or forward to us for confirmation to avoid any scams.
In the coming months we will work with you to ensure your Annual Report is filed on time and with accuracy. The deadline for business Annual Reports is April 15th, with a Corporation fee of $25 and a LLC fee of $200.
